Our cuisine re-imagines the traditional dishes of Parisian brasseries, with a touch of modernity and originality.
On sunny days, our terrace welcomes you to "chill" and sip a cocktail with a breathtaking view of the Grande Arche.
Our Chef
In the kitchen, our chef Kasymoun Toure offers you a sincere and gourmet French cuisine, which will make you travel through a touch of French Polynesia. Very attached to local and seasonal cuisine, Chef Kasymoun favors the short circuit, and newly designed his menu every season.

Our restaurant is located just behind the Grande Arche.
- Exit at La Défense (Grande Arche) station and follow exit 2 (Paris La Défense Arena).
- When you are on the forecourt, continue straight ahead keeping "Westfield - Les 4 Temps" shopping centre on your left. The Brasserie is at the end of Cours Valmy.
