Encompassing seven stylish meeting rooms, two VIP boardrooms and an elegant ballroom, Le Méridien Istanbul Etiler offers over 2,000 square metres of versatile sun-drenched meeting and function space. Designed to suit both private and professional events, the décor is streamlined, state-of-the-art and undeniably inspiring. Spacious public foyers provide an elegant location for colleagues and guests to mingle before or after a function. Private foyers and outdoor terraces are also available. Each meeting room boasts the latest technology—including audio and visual systems as well as wireless broadband connectivity—and a professional team of support staff to provide onsite assistance.

The impressive space may be customized to host up to 600 guests at a formal sit-down dinner or a large-scale awards ceremony. Additionally, the generous room may be divided into two rooms ideally suited for smaller receptions or presentations.

Grand Ballroom

Located on the first floor of the hotel, the Grand Ballroom boasts a layout of 766 square metres—decorated in sophisticated neutral tones and artful installations punctuated by a large cream coloured rug with a dramatic pattern of red swirls and an artful installation of hundreds of small hand blown glass globes in shades of white and gray. The impressive space may be customised to host up to 600 guests at a formal sit-down dinner or a large-scale awards ceremony. Additionally, the generous room may be divided into two rooms ideally suited for smaller receptions or presentations. The ballroom’s elegant 492-square metre foyer—complete with graphic marble floors and dramatic back columns—provides an elegant meeting area before a presentation or cocktails before dinner.

Of the seven stylish meeting rooms available, six enjoy natural light through oversized windows, while two offer access to a private terrace. Inventive design details such as area rugs with photographic images of Istanbul, hand drawn images of the Bosphorus bridges spanning entire walls and streamlined leather and chrome furnishings lend an undeniably charming and inspiring atmosphere. Each meeting room may be arranged into small clusters of low slung armchairs and tables—conducive for conversation and creative brainstorming sessions. Three of the meeting rooms also offer private foyers for refreshments and casual gatherings before or after events.  

VIP Boardrooms

Each of the two VIP boardrooms host up to 16 guests at long white tables surrounded by deep black leather armchairs. A wall of whiteboards spans one entire side of the rooms, while a large LCD screen and integrated audiovisual equipment hangs at one end. Cove lighting runs around the edge of the ceiling—echoing an innovative design element found throughout the hotel.

Presidential Suite

Finally, the hotel’s stunning Presidential Suite may also be reserved for exceptional private gatherings—such a formal sit-down dinner for up to 12 guests or an elegant drinks reception for up to 60 guests. Our team of talented chefs would be delighted to customise a gourmet in-room menu for you.
